I really tried to find something redeeming about this wine, to no avail. The high point was the nose off the pop and pour: a rich CA Pinot, with Rhubarb and cinnamon? The palate is a stewed mess of cherry cola, Mike & Ike candy and oak sawdust. What starts out as artificially sweet pivots to a one-dimensional sour streak on the back half, followed by some heat. 26 cases produced, but enough to destroy the Boheme brand, as none of their Pinots were worth the tariff and this one is just plain bad and should not have been released. The proprietor is moving on to a new Syrah project, and I wish him well, as the 2005 Boheme Que Syrah remains one of the best wines I've ever had.

Persian Food Meets Pinot and Chard (The Murray Casa): Stuffing but nothing special here for me. I just wrote in my notes that it lacked defnition. Overall, I was not impressed with any of the Marsh (Radio-Coteau and this one) bottlings.

Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with Middle Eastern Foods: Had a potting soil nose something like a Saumur. Sweet and extracted palate. Somewhat of a mess.
