Clear light lemon yellow color.. Nose of botrytis, ginger, pear with a hints of nuttiness and spice. Off dry sweetness with good acid to balance. Very nice finish.

Paired rather well with Thai currie. Excellent wine value considering the Grand Cru AOC rated vineyard in the hands of a top Alsace producer.

Really a pleasant change of pace after a winter's worth of red wines. Pale color, and one of the more complex wines on the palate in recent memory with lychee, ginger, peaches, brown sugar, honey, allspice, and tangeine peel that gave an almost tannic texture. This softened with 3 hours of air.

Fading but still lovely and so interesting. Ginger and spice and honey comb and beeswax. Nice long finish. Coravin pour at Bones

Moderately sweet, lovely varietal nose. Good rather than excellent and I think it is losing steam.
