Fresh young garnet red with hints of purple. Nose is sweet swirling damson and black cherry fruit, menthol and purpleness. A peek into what is to come. Flavours swirl across your tongue, young jubey blackcurrant, star anise, menthol and general yumminess. Tannins are silky and supportive in the background, this is very nice. The bottle was opened and double decanted two hours ago. Really love this style of Barossa Shiraz. It is everything a red wine should be - easy and relaxed, poised and ultimately sophisticated, warm and welcoming, and you know that with increasing age it is going to gain weight and sophistication. This is of course too young, but still excellent. The journey on this continues... and I am fully on board!

Plush ripe cherries and black fruits on the nose. Fine tannins and well balanced acidity. Bit of pencil shavings and flint. Nice long finish after a good decant. Basket press as you want it.

Rich, ripe, complex, a touch of heat still. Dense but not overly sweet with Alc. (13.8%) well in check. Give it time, best after 2030.
