Alcohol: 12.7% Cork Type: Synthetic Nose/Bouquet: Smoky Musty Oak with hint of flowers Flavor/Palate: Tangy Citris flavors Finish: long lingering tannins Color: Clear light yellow with a hint of green Chill Factor: 45 F Decanter/Breathing time: 0 to 30 minutes (preferred to drink right away) Potential: Could Cellar until 2010 Food: Good before, during and after dinner. We drank it with Pork Loin. Would probably be good with dark chocolates. Overall Opinion: My wife and I believe that this is a very good Chardonnay from Pennsylvania. Fermented in stainless Steel (no Oak) hence the name Naked. It is 100% Chardonnay from the same vineyard, and not blended from their other estates. A great buy, and we will get more again.
