Transparent garnet fading to clear at the edge. Black cherry and smoked meat on the nose. Taste of cherry Lifesavers and Beef Jerky. Medium body and nice sour cherry finish. Not a great QPR, but it is unique and, hey, I'm drinking locally.

(Chaddsford Due Rossi) #2; COLOR-dark; NOSE-extremely tight; a little Tabasco sauce on cigar w/ some grenadine; TASTE-very bright fruit; a little hot; I'm taken back by the green cucumber skin flavors on the back-end; black & green olives; covered w/ some red jam; a little oaked for me, but not too bad; I'm very impressed by the elegance & fruit; extremely well made & polished; not right up my ally, but I think it's very young; ; GV-88+
