  This and the “La Paysanne” Mourverde are my two favorite of Kevin’s wines. This is very food friendly and delicious and a solid buy. Lots of spice and red fruit.

  25 min decant.
  V - Clear, pale garnet with significant meniscus, high viscosity
  N - More savory. Bramble and green herbs, gravel, chalk, perhaps coffee underpinned by black cherry and black currant.
  P - Raspberry, Cherry, both red and black currant - (possible?). Green herbs and there is the coffee again.
  Struct - Dry, Med+ body, med acidity, fine/med tannins, Med+ length and med+ complexity.
  Energy/zest,spice and alcohol. Enjoyable.
