PNP, showed best after 30 minutes of air. The light color belies the intensity of flavor. Strawberry, cranberry, tart cherry. Medium body, nice acidity, firm but subtle tannins. Pure fruit, complemented with a nice savory bitter element. Adam’s missions are so compelling.

This pours a light, translucent garnet, with almost a brownish hue. This is super aromatic, with strawberry, vanilla, Campari, black pepper, saw dust, a bit of perfumed funkiness. Overall extremely unique and complex - really fun to just sit back and smell this one. With only a couple minutes of air time, this has a serious tart acid streak that kind of overpowers the rest of the glass. There is still red berry, and pepper, but they kind of take a back seat. Give this some air before really digging in…
After 30 minutes or so in the glass the tartness is still present but has subsided to the point of being feature rather than a flaw.. There is red berry, but this is ultimately a very savory wine. If you’re going to try to identify Mission blind, look for amaro/Campari notes. It’s such a unique note and I love it. Texturally, it reminds me of a lighter Burgundy with a bit of age - really subtle tannin, nice acidity, savory fruitiness.

Tasted after 1 hour of air. Light ruby color. Red berry spicy on the nose. Crunchy strawberry fruit. Nice balance. Interesting wine.

Delicious. Very light color but packs a punch.
