  Another polished product from Sabelli-Frisch. Very young, but drinking well. Even though its 18% ABV, you can only pick up a hint of alcohol on the palate. Not too thick or unctuous, but has a nice heavy mouthfeel. It also has a smooth elegance to it that is very reminiscent of the SF "La Malinche" wines. This would be a fun one to hold onto for a long time as I think it will go quite a distance. Very well done Adam. You have outdone yourself again.
