  Pale to medium lemon/gold in colour with lovely aromas of blossoms, wet gravel and a hint of petrol & ripe apple. On the palate, medium bodied citrus/lime, green apple, honey, floral, hint brioche (?), high acidity with a long finish to spice, chalky minerality & apple.
  This wine is nicely balanced with good flavour complexity & varietal authenticity.
