  "Random old wine" lunch at Da Do. Muddy-ish, clearing after air. Nose is more confusing, with Chinese medicine, brown sugar, dominant herbal notes, like BLG. The palate, however, is just superb; the energy can only be found in the very best aged Burgundy, so sharp but fulfilling, pinching at every turn. Should rate this 94-95 on the palate, but alas nose is less fruity than I would like. 92-93
