  First pass at this amazing new Merlot/Cab Franc Bordeaux blend from Denner, and it's a showstopper. Small production, and good for some aging for the next 10 years or so, this is drinking exceptionally well already, showing expressive black and blue fruit, solid structure and a decade-long finish. Brings out the best of what Denner can do, and that's saying something; wowed everyone at the table and we had to hide the remaining few bottles we had ordered. The winery staff was raving about it at release, and clearly we'll be back for more at the next release.
