  • Very deep gold, super bright and clear, showing some age on the nose, soft buttery and vanilla notes, pineapple and apple fruit with . Ripe and balanced on the palate, super smooth with nice creamy fruit, has a nice lemony, apple fruit and acidity. Lovely minerally finish. Really good, probably a little old, as the gold colour indicates, but still fresh and lively on the palate. Worth the wait.
