  A little flat. Not a lot of complexion. Drank over two hours and there was little development.

  P&P. Big mistake. Initial aromas were smoke, cheese, turpentine, vinegar, sulphur, natural gas. These blew off after 15-20 minutes, revealing citrus and butterscotch, but initially this wine was quite disagreeable. Thankfully it was much better on the palate, with pink grapefruit, tropical fruits, and peach. Medium body, M+ acidity, XD, medium alcohol (13.5%). Long finish with more pink grapefruit. Paired well with various cheeses. Be sure to give this a good 30 minute DECANT before serving. With neighbours.

  Grassy and herbal, with some light stone fruit and saline on the nose and palate. Mouth watering acidity, finishes slightly tart.

  Didn’t give it enough time to come up to temp, first glass with dinner was definitely lopsided.
  
  Once closer to room temperature, it started to sing - lemon, pear, sour apple - bright and clean and fresh.

  Blend of 76% Sauvignon Blanc and 24% Semillon. The elegant, medium-high intensity nose is earthy-leesy in profile with pear, stone fruit, white peach, citrus, lemongrass, and herbs. On the medium+ bodied palate it is very textural and rich with pear, citrus, lemongrass, and white peach replays supported by juicy, balanced acidity. Citrus, pear, and subtle spices linger on the long, crisp, and tight finish. Score: 91+ pts
