  deep red colour touch of fading
  Very ripe strawberries on the nose, spicy with a herbal edge, touch of marijuana even about this - like a Californian syrah.
  Firm acidity and some tanninc grip, fresh strawberries and some cooked red fruit notes, smoky notes, initially very smoky, almost pinotage-esque. Next day it majors on the spicy and herbal.
  Good distinctive wine. It is £65 though.
