  Not blind, dark brown colour
  I was a bit disappointed. Normally I love this wine and it was thanks to Thomas my oldest VdC but I think my preferences changed. Too alcoholic, too broad, too over extracted. Not the finesse and acidity structure I'm used to VdC. For me a touch over his top. Thomas liked it much more than me. Figs, dates, licorice, burnt caramell. 90

  Orange like a Tuscan sunset. Sweet nose of oranges, lemons, caramelized sugar & pineapple. Top notes are lychee, burnt sugar, orange marmalade, cinnamon, guava. Beautiful mouthfeel, lovely, long finish. Thank you, John!

  Vin de couleur caramel ambré. Nez puissant sur l’abricot, la pêche, le zeste d’orange et un peu d’épices chaudes. En bouche c’est expansif, plein, balancé avec une acidité presque rafraichissante et d’une jeunesse surprenante. Marmelade d’orange, pêches dans le sirop et abricots séchés, le tout sur une incroyable longueur. 2e expérience avec ce vin, première avec un millésime plus vieux, et je vais en mettre en cave. Un très beau produit avec un potentiel de garde énorme. Superbe.
