  • This pours a typical pale straw. The nose is fairly low intensity and low complexity showing fresh cut green apple, fresh cut lemon, lime blossom, a touch of cold cream and the faintest hint of oyster shell. The palate is where this really shines. On the entry there is excellent of ripe fruit via kiwi, balanced against medium plus acid. The finish is medium plus in length showing custard, kiwi, and oyster shell. I have this at 91, but on a good day it could easily be 92. The nose never really became complex at all (90 Pt nose), which I would have appreciated, but the lingering finish is just beautiful on this wine (92 pt finish).
