Pecchenino Zoom tasting. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Appearance is clear, medium intensity, purple colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of black cherries, dark plums, bits of leather and earth. Developing. On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol, fine high tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of black cherries, dark plums, licorice, balsamic, dark leather, dark earth. Long finish. Good quality. A Dolcetto with controlled power. Can develop more with age. Upside potential.

Really good. Nose of sour cherry. Intense wine which such nice fruit. Quite serious with good tannin structure. Not a simple fruity wine. This has finesse and body and acidity and some bitterness. Medium and slightly drying length. Best Dolcetto ever.

Still young, but accessible with breathing. Perfect Dolcetto.
