A blend of Gamay from Witters’ Vineyard and Barsotti Ranch, this is like stabbing a cherry with an icicle made from San Pellegrino sparkling water. Fruit and mineral in a thirst-quenching, refreshing symbiosis. It does need air, as it was only recently bottled. The first glass, immediately upon opening, was shy. Three hours later with dinner the wine was on full display. It was sunny and warm here today, in a preview of spring soon to be cut short. The wine was a lovely partner to the sun on our faces, and dreams of flowers, fruit and birds in the trees.

Delicious juicy and fresh fruited rose. Flavors of watermelon spritzed with lime. Good acidity. Bottle disappeared very quickly.

Good rose, light, good acidity with a touch of sweetness and some flavor from the gamay. Good solid choice to be a crowd pleaser
