I am not certain where these grapes are from, but seems like a baby version of the other Dugat Gevrey wines. Great depth for a Bourgogne. Open and delicious now, though probably has ability to age over medium term.

4th Saturday Brown Bagger (EBCC): Double blind. Light in color, with aromas of cherry, spice, raspberry and nutmeg. Cherry, herb and peppery spice flavors with bright underlying acidity. My initial thought was RRV and I moved on. However, with a bit more air this changed quite a bit, revealing a nice bit of earth and funk. Clearly not CA, and I correctly picked this out as Burgundy. This one knocked me off my feet. Tasted over 2 days and kept getting better, without needing too much time upfront to reveal itself.
Purple/Red fruits, spice, smoke, little bit of oak. Could pick up another point in time.

Blackberry, sous bois, chalky tannin, just a bit of toasty oak
