Opened side-by-side with the 2017 Sandhi Santa Barbara Chardonnay to see how they stacked up. This '19 poured a bit thinner in viscosity and more of a pale/very light yellow. This drank much tarter and acidic than the more lush '17. Very crisp and still good enough complexity to keep it interesting.
