    from the Côte de Rouffach with east-to southwest exposure
    and calcareous subsoil entirely biodynamically farmed since 2013
    (organic since 1999) with yield of 59 hl/ha.
    Manual harvest and sorting.
    Slow fermentation and maturation on fine lees.
    12% Abv. Res. suger: 22.00 g/L
    Background: Michel Muré settled in Rouffach in the 17th century.
    Alfred Muré acquired the 12 ha monopole Clos Saint Landelin in 1935.
    Alfred’s grandson René (11th gen) and his children Véronique and
    Thomas (12th gen) run the domaine today.
