  Textbook Beaune Burgundy. We needed a wine while watching the movie Sideways. This seems to be right, while Pinot Noir was one the main character in the movie. The movie was disappointing, but the wine wasn’t. Everything you expect from a good PN was there. Red fruit, a fine delicate acidity, some leather and some horse-stable aroma’s.
