- Old vines with Low production ~20hl/ha
- 50% Whole Cluster (works perfectly well)
The 2019 Evocelles blossoms in glass with expressive airy aromas of wild berries, lavendar, violet, dark chocolate, forest floor, loads of minerality and deep soil tones.
Extremly fine and focus on palate with rippling layers of flavours of bright red cherry, raspberry, sappy and airy that mingles with the transparent minerals, underlying oak and earthy characters. Smooth and velvet already now. Sensual and seductive!
