  Popped and Poured. Color: Golden, not too dark for Chardonnay. Nose: Pretty, balanced, not overpowering. Citrus, and interesting savory smells. Flavor: Immediately stands out for it's softness. Good nuttiness with citrus fruit and acid on the middle and back of the tongue. Great finish of rubber flavors with some acid and the soft sensation lingering for a good 30 seconds. Not in your face with one or two hyperbolic flavors like so many Chardonnays.
