  2014 blind tasting session. Lots of bruised apples here, apple cider aromas as well. Quite some spice and acidic notes. For the purist, a bit tough to drink now.

  This wine had great intensity of flavor on the nose and palate. It was characterful, with some earthy and even blue fruit notes I sometimes get on nicely ripened meunier. However, it comes across as quite austere and for me was not worth the price I paid
