  This is Rheingau Riesling Kabinett. Well past its intended drink by date, there's still quite a bit of interest here, although care needs to be taken to be sure that the wine is quite cool to bring out the acidity to play against the sweetness and support the passion fruit flavors. Cellared since original release. APN 0903.
