  This is nothing special…. I’m judging this fairly critically because I drink a lot of Malbec and American Malbec as well.
  
  SIGHT: Light staining color is magenta and accurate for the varietal
  
  NOSE: Smells like cranberry sauce but if it was made with plums / blackberry. So Blackberry/plum sauce with spice and that’s it very simple. Fruit is so ripe it’s hard to discern.blackberry jam but it’s that Cali overripe smell not jammy like Zin.
  
  TASTE: The wine is easy drinking for sure I think this is meant to please most crowds and probably will, it’s simple just like the nose and very easy to drink.. inoffensive. Ripe and smooth fruit plum and a blackberry but alot of spice in the finish more than I was expecting to be honest it at least added some dimension.
  
  OVERALL: If you want a smooth bolder wine with some spice you’ll like this no doubt this is not for the wine aficionados this is a wine to please the Masses…tasted almost manufactured I’m not personally a fan but I see where this wine has its place. Like if Michael David “Feakshow” had darker fruit and was spicier.
  Where the wine might be one dimensional give it 4 hours will help a lot making it a solid offering for the price.
