I like this and the other Adelaida white bottlings from Ridge. I can’t say they are varietal correct or not but easy enough to drink and great ABC options. This had a lovely golden hue with some weight. Call it a nutty- melon melange maybe? Not really sure how to describe this. Ready to consume.

Pale gold. Intense aromas of tangerine, herbal tea, honey, and mountain spring water. Rich fig fruit on the palate, viscous and full bodied with a clarifying acid frame, a dry bitter walnut back note. Carries its 14.2% alcohol beautifully. Long finish. A really lovely and interesting wine.

Lovely green gold color in glass. Soft nose of peach and pair. Rather firm on palate with low acidity though I expected more. With aeration comes a supple mouth feel. Very pleasant but not too complex.

sb Light yellow gold Light pear aromas Served blind, I mostly noticed the high alcohol, low acidity, sort of dull, not quite Chardonnay flavors. With the reveal and a lot of air this blossomed quite a bit. Richer pear flavors, round mouth filling.
