  Ripe blackberry, currant, blueberry and graphite on the bouquet with a hint of mint. Same fruit on the palate with some sweetness and slightly astringent finish with lingering notes of dark tobacco and black pepper. Fine tannins, moderate acidity. Not overly refined but generally easy to drink. Did not try food pairings.
