Retail ??? This is the second of these that we have had over the last few weeks, and both have been good. My note from the first bottle is still appropriate: The wine was actually quite good, with hints of red berry fruit, a touch of mint, and some well-placed acidity. No doubt this should have been consumed a while ago, but alas…. Very Good 87-89 Points.
I really had no idea what to expect with this wine, but I was home alone and eating leftover pizza, so I figured it was as good of a time as any. The wine was actually quite good, hints of red berry fruit, a hint of mint, and some well placed acidity. No doubt this should have been consumed a while ago, but alas....

dark red/purple colour; initial musty nose; alcoholy cheery nose next: continued to open up to blackeberry and eventually to a raspberry jam. very smooth & subtle. well worth the cellaring. decent amount of sediment thrown
