  Medium body, taste of strawberries and smoke. It has more of the structure of a Burgundy than the supple fruits of a NZ Pinot. Good now, but I could easily see this one age in the cellar. 92 in the first hour, 93 the next one, 91 after.

  醒酒两个半小时，淡紫红色，闻香有红酸果，月季花，果梗，些许烟熏，熏肉，矿物和石灰气息，入口酸度高，酒体偏轻，单宁紧涩，有一些颗粒，酸果，矿物感，带着些泥土气息，后段植物微苦，有辛辣感，口感很干净，感觉比较简单直接，余味红果和木质香气，醒酒四个小时以后状态明显提升，酒体更加紧实，浓缩果汁一般，纯净的酸果味，余味玫瑰花和满口木质香气，口中长留。

  At Brisbane Club private dinner. This wine was deep cherry red in colour with a clear reflective density. The nose is full of interest with red and dark cherries, raspberry, touches of wild strawberry and herbal characters of thyme and menthol. The palate is medium weight and nicely layered with a fine balance of complex fruit characters and savoury characters of hung meat, thyme and menthol. Those latter characters can be overpowering in NZ pinot but here they are held in check and well balanced to my palate.
