A coiled tangy number, texturally polished, ripping mouthwatering acidity – lime. A metallic note on the nose and the palate, and also saline, with a pinch of dried thyme. The big takeaway is that this is quite austere, but we'll see if the wine is more expressive on night two. (UPDATE on night two, it's still quite inexpressive... not a rebuy, I'm afraid)

Petrol, chemicals, sulfuric, high acid. Maybe with oysters but this is an odd one. Maybe the bottle was fully oxidized. Blech.

Very muted on day one and not much better on two. Petrol on the nose with faint lemon and mineral on the palate. Boring.

First time tasting this. Subtlety and restraint, gentle citrus, white orchard fruits, floral elements , saline mineralite
