Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 93 points

  • Really reticent on day 1 I buried this in the fridge and for good reason, this is crushing it on day 5, no more reduction, all fruit and true expression of the wine, a bit of rice and melon, dried mango along with ripe nectarine, apricot, peach, in a taut frame, dry and Germanic yet a hedonistic edge, age worthy complex and food friendly; what’s not to like about this except for the patience it takes to enjoy it now.
