  Do not be fooled by its color, do NOT serve this too cold. Looks like a deeper colored rose, but at 48-50 F, nothing on nose, tastes flat. Letting it warm up...at low 60s, it is coming alive: nose of strawberry, red fruits, hint of vanilla; as it warms, additional notes of red raspberry. Subtle tannins and acidity, fruity palate, medium length finish, medium body. Drinking this by itself, but would pair with fresh fruit, not-too-sweet desserts, light cheeses, salami or summer sausage. Treat if like a red wine, but chill it briefly, then enjoy the magic as it comes to room temperature!
