  15 years old & this wine is wonderful. Light gold in colour with a whiff of petroleum quickly moving to a rich, ripe, tropical with honeyed overtones. On the palate, fresh, poisedminerality, some sweetness with fine balance. Delighted I have one bottle left.

  Golden colour with aromas of petrol, mushroom, honey, windfall apples. The palate is dry with crisp apple fruit with minerality, some honeyed notes, spice and a lovely savoury finish. Complex and wonderful.

  Pale gold. Petroleum and sweet baked apple. The flavours of this wine are soooo moreish with a flavour of baked apple, clove that coats the mouth and with a wonderful saline and mineral quality on the finish. Wonderful mature Riesling.

  A good riesling, not as good as the Ostertag Grand Cru Muenchberg which is exceptionnal but close to it and is clearly a member of the Ostertag family.
