Deceint fruit, strawberry, reasonable body, nice color and tannins are pretty calm. This vintage will cellar a bit longer but no more than 5 years, probably less. Drinking well right now.

Drinking well, still needs more time in cellar. Tannins are starting to settle down but still have a fair amount of punch. Not as full bodied as other vintages, defiantly closer to mid. Typical Burrowing owl nose, with toasted oak and graphite.

Some great Canadian Okanagan wine tonight. 48% Merlot 34% Cabernet Sauvignon 17% Cabernet Franc 1% Petit Verdot.
Dark fruits on the nose. Quite acidic with medium body, strong tannins, tobacco, earthy and herbal. Needs a few more years before revisiting, very young.
