  Aged in 29% new French & Hungarian barrels with the rest being netural. Dead of Night is comprised of seven barrels of '19 Tannat & six of the top performing barrels of '19 Syrah.The blend consists of 53% Tannat / 47% Syrah.
  
  One of a few BC growers to produce the Tannat grape. Twisted Tree Estate Winery in Osoyoos released the first Tannat wine in 2010 (TTEW is now renamed Moon Curser).
  
  Decanted 30m but surprisingly on PnP it was drinking quite well. Chai spice, big blackberry, cassis, vanilla, cedar, toffee, plum. The 15.7% is integrated well into the wine.
  
  Paired well with a prime rib steak & roasted beet salad.
