This tasting note refers to the Sansibar edition of the Tement SB, which has spent 12 months on fine lees prior its release.Lovely chalky-mineralic palate with fresh green apples, gooseberry, herbal-salty notes, and more depth than your usual Sauvignon Blanc. This bottle had a 92p Falstaff sticker on it.
The basic Sauvignon Blanc from one of the most well known producers in Southern Styria / Austrai (and Slowenia as well), Tement. Nose with typical sauvignon blanc aromatic, some green grass, a tick of flintness, all rather subtile.Light and refreshing on the palate as well, citrus, grass, a tick of exotic fruits.Overall a very well made, not too expensive Sauvignon Blanc with the tpyical characteristics from South Styria. Great on a warm summer evening!
