  This tasting note refers to the Sansibar edition of the Tement SB, which has spent 12 months on fine lees prior its release.
  
  Liked it even better than my previous bottle (see tasting note from March)!

  This tasting note refers to the Sansibar edition of the Tement SB, which has spent 12 months on fine lees prior its release.
  
  Lovely chalky-mineralic palate with fresh green apples, gooseberry, herbal-salty notes, and more depth than your usual Sauvignon Blanc.
  
  This bottle had a 92p Falstaff sticker on it.

  The basic Sauvignon Blanc from one of the most well known producers in Southern Styria / Austrai (and Slowenia as well), Tement.
  
  Nose with typical sauvignon blanc aromatic, some green grass, a tick of flintness, all rather subtile.
  
  Light and refreshing on the palate as well, citrus, grass, a tick of exotic fruits.
  
  Overall a very well made, not too expensive Sauvignon Blanc with the tpyical characteristics from South Styria. Great on a warm summer evening!
