Day 1 - Light straw color. Unique and nostalgic nose - asian/european pear, camomile/jasmine, kumquat/dried lemon, Japanese incense, and hot beach sand / sea mineral. Acidity is so saline and delicate like spring water, getting just enough amount of oily sticky substance in the aftertaste, combined with refreshing hint of malty hoppy bitterness/yeastiness. Medium finish.
Traminer/riesling blend, but overall difficult to tell - maybe treminer portion tastes closer to Savagnin than gewurztraminer, and Riesling portion tastes closer to welschriesling than true riesling. I don’t see “umami” in this wine, and $40 is a bit on a overpriced side (expected a little more from this producer), but this definitely has some unique charm. 90.
Day 4 - gained soapy fragrance of Gewurztraminer. Some lemon/honey/mint cough drop. More true to Cepages now, less unique charm. 89.
Day 5 - tastes like sparkling muscat after bubble is gone. Acidity is not well integrated. 88.

This is a sequel to a great hit created in 2017. 2018 vintage offers a field blend from Slovenské vineyard and features Riesling and old vines Traminer. Gastronomic, but serious white with intense aromatics. Pairs nicely with Asian food and spices.
Riesling energy with Traminer aromatics. Cool, dense, big volume, long. Honeyed. Delicious and pairable with even more expressive and spicy food. Great!

13% ABV. Blend of Gewurztraminer, Muller Thurgau, Riesling and Pálava. PNP into Burgundy glass ("Leaf" day): Medium cloudy golden to the eyes.
Aromatic with lots of black tea nuances and floral notes.
Highly savory (umami?) indeed on palate with notably higher tannins with good flavor intensity and complexity.
94 points.
