  • Day two- Oregon Pinot glass
10th bottle out of the case and haven’t noted it yet.
Basically a rosé of Lambrusco. Pale salmon pink in the glass. Lean aromas of lemon, zinc and faint raspberries.
Crisp and lean in the mouth, mineral first, nickel and copper with lemon pulp macerated with a few raspberries.
Persistent fine bubbles. Really on the lean side. Food friendly acid bomb, able to cut through whatever you need it to.
Drink now and over a couple of years.
