  Quite dry. Asian pear, quince, typical petrol aroma. Full mouth feel. Paired with roasted chicken and quinoa.

  Nice WA Riesling. Apple pear and Quince. Not very sweet, more Alsatian style than German. Good acidity will let this age a bit. Will open another bottle in a year. Paired well with Pakistani food.

  Popped and poured. Took about 45 minutes in glass to blow of some very minimal fizziness.
  Once that was done it was a very pleasant wine. Had a mineral profile with some melon fruit.
