  Some evolution but remains very nice to drink, perfect with Vongoles

  醒酒半小时，浑浊的中金黄色，闻香有酒花的鲜味，椴树花香，MLF的奶油味，杏和桃子一类成熟的核果，花香四溢，香气诱人。入口酸度高，酒液很咸，湿石头的矿物感，酒液柔滑，丰富的奶香包裹着白花、橘皮和杏的香气，还有苏打饼干的味道，后段辛辣微苦，口中生津不止，集中度和结构感都非常漂亮，余味是面包香气和悠长的花香，在口中萦绕。一款特别的酒，很好的平衡了白花的辛辣感，少见的能将酸度，奶油，漂亮的花香集于一身，还有着严肃的咸鲜味和矿物感。同价位里绝对值得一试。

  浑浊的淡金黄色，让我以为它是一支橙酒，闻香有漂亮的花香，伴随着柠檬的气息，饼干和白糖的香气。入口酸度高，酒液咸，有矿物感，收口甜，茉莉花，柠檬，一些面包的味道，后段白花辛辣，余味悠长，柑橘水果，饼干，白糖。很好喝的一支酒，酒风甜美，香气华丽，清晰的结构感。

  Cloudy yellow and green color. Intriguing nose of yellow peach, texture of wet cotton candy, fresh saline sea breeze. Dry, fresh acidity, palate follows through. Medium body. Very good balance. Medium finish. Fascinating.
