This drinks more like a crisp Pinot Gris than a Pinot Rose'. Best served by itself or would pair well with red pasta sauce. I am drinking this with Pad Thai and it works.

I thought this was delicious, and it is too bad that I only bought 2 bottles.
This is not a boring rose' of Pinot Noir. Instead, this light and punchy rose' was made from roughly 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Gris, 10% Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, and 5% Gamay.
The juice was gleaned from sorting table runoff. It was kept apart due to concerns over smoke taint. When that was ruled out, a rose' was in order. The juice was co-fermented in older oak barrels and went through malolactic fermentation.
Really good stuff, fresh and full of life. I hope Vincent makes more than 2 barrels of this next year.

Still very good, and was perfect with turkey & mustard on a croissant.
The finish has softened a little since my last bottle. For my palate, I would drink any remaining bottles over the next 6 to 9 months.
Roughly 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Gris, 10% Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, and 5% Gamay.
