  2020 Barone Ricasoli 1141 Albia Toscana IGT Rose
  
  👀 Medium salmon
  👃Not decanted. The 2020 opens up to notes of citrus like pomelo, lemons and grapefruits.
  👅 Medium low bodied and intensity. Bright acidity. Vibrant and lively finish.
  🍲 Pairs well with 盆菜 aka poon-choy in Cantonese (Basin dish) and 鱼生 aka Yee sang in Cantonese (Raw fish salad).
  
  The former is a mixed ingredients of roasted duck, chicken, pork, prawn, mushroom, abalone and scallops in one giant pot, hence the name basin dish.
  
  While the latter is a dish of mixed vegetables and raw fish to be tossed up (or mixed) for luck.
  
  The Rosé’s bright acidity cuts through the grease and fat imparted by the meat during cooking and balance it out. On its own the Rosé may be too bright for some to consume.
