  Copper—apricot robe.
  Dried herbs, dusty wild white rose, aperol, saline nose.
  Fleshy, richly textured peach, apricot notes -wild herbal finish. Well structured, with fresh acidity and a slight mineral component.
  Interesting wine - aperol notes lend itself to apéro, but also paired with small bites, grilled meats, fish and veggies, or simply solo on the deck, watching the waves crash in at sunset.
