Day 1-2 : Hazy orangey straw color. Brightly herbal and delicate nose - lemon, spearmint, camomile, honeysuckle and azalea flower/stem (the one you feel when pick it and suck from the bottom). Acidity is vivid initially and dissipates in the mouth like citrus scent after breaking the skin - disappears into smokey feathery nothingness (or simply Muscat-like body). In the glass, gradually gains massive green note of morning dew / thuja tree. Not a cloud pleaser, all is about delicate layers of something like strolling around botanical garden in the morning. Requires some imagination to enjoy, for good or bad. Gained osmanthus/ fragrant olive flower on day 2. 90-91.
Day 3-4: fell apart a bit, muscat-like nose with muscat-like body, and the lack of body is making this wine standing on a fragile balance. Day 5 - bottom of the bottle was hazy and richer. 89-90. Overall, a good natural wine, but not sure if it’s worth $40+.

Amazing neuburger with clear notes or citrus and elderflower as well as red apples and almond. The taste profile bears more resemblence to the elegance of a Taittinger Comtes de Champagne than any other wine I’ve had. Truly a masterpiece!

Red apples, lemon, ocean, some minerality and a bit funkyness. High acidity. Maceration is there but not to much. Nice but was much more impressed by Nestarecs juicy fruit.

Fully expressive Nestarec style made in Neuberger! Pale, cloudy amber in appearance. Intense grapefruit nose, flowers, spice. Medium+-bodied palate, firm dry-tannic structure, v refreshing and juicy, sherry notes, tart in round-up. Lovely!

White Label series of Nestarec are serious wines with huge potential. This captivating white with little bit of skin contact is a field blend based on Neuburger. Gentle, charming with signature acidity. It has this hard to resist appeal which makes it your best friend you want to come back to more often. Milan says this wine is basically him bottled.
