  • Yellow lemon, fine and clear. Lemon pith and lime zest nose, oilier than 2022, really nice kaffir lime perfume - structured and fine. Tasting shows the same lime zest, structure, tonic water and bitters, faint oily honey starting to develop. Really good, needs more to move the next stage than the 2022 which is amazing fresh from the bottle. Opens up into a fine balanced acidity vs sweetness. Very good.

  • Lemon and lime nose.
Green Apple skin bitterness on entry tempered by pithy Kirks Bitter Lemon mixer.
It’s long and intense, but not for now.
Not pretty, but long and powerful. Toasty, salty, savoury.
93+ hard to drink now but with upside.
    Intense!!
