Note as before, except the fruit was a little less noticeable in this bottle, and readily apparent was significant spice emerging through the mid-palate and finish. A good match for Thanksgiving Day leftovers, and will try the remainder with salmon.

This is a very nice rosé featuring a salmon pink in the glass with prominent strawberries on the nose. Quite medium- to full-bodied on the palate, with crisp strawberries that stick to the tongue and coat the mouth. Quite a decent finish, too (15-20 seconds), and this is a solid rosé perfect for summer refreshment.

Grenache Tasting (Brentwood, CA): Sweet aromas of strawberries and cream following by a contrasting and austere palate of unripe strawberries. A simple summertime quaffer.

This is such a fun little rose! Strongly perfumed strawberry nose, more fruits on the palate, some drying tannins on the finish. I can't imagine a much better wine to go with grilled salmon (with which we drank it tonight). Great fun, great end-of-summer wine.
