Very deep red colour, would not have guessed this was an orange wine! Barnyard animalistic character on the nose but not overpowering the fruits. Salty palate with cherries and pomegranate, blood orange, ferrous savoury note. Big body, with a good thread of acidity through it for a nice long finish.

Reddish to a surprising degree, even more than Foradori's pinot grigio. Exciting complex nose combining spontaneous fermentation, strawberries and meaty or organic notes, even notes of organic decomposition. Good body (13.5 % alcohol) and strong structure with some tannin, yet also a soft feel in the first part of the taste. Quite different style from Zidarich (who don't grow pinot grigio, as far as I remember). Better with fried root celery with sherry vinegar and parmesan cheese that with an inexpensive prosciutto.
Still excellent on the second day, with more iron and discrete notes of cherry.

Dark-coloured (as far as these things go) with an intensely savoury and salty nose Middle weight on the palate with great texture, quite savoury and complex with an outstanding length No "faults" as one would normally fine in a natural wine If this sort of wine is your thing, then I think you'll love this wine Paired with cheese and olives

Very lightly corked (?) at a level of concentration hard to tell for sure (big sigh), I’m still rating it for what I recognized as if it were not corked.
Day 1: Pale transparent red color with very slight haziness. Mostly cranberry with a touch of cherry. A little disintegrated eau de vie alcohol, and a hint of candy-sh foxiness. Low amount of dry tannin and bitterness at the end. Although aromatically a bit underwhelming, it has nice intensity and purity, but overall lacks sense of direction/identity other than being pink orange wine. Disappointing considering the price and producer. 88.
Day 2: Improving, gained density. Additional layers of cashew nut and salt-soaked cherry leave (sakura mochi). 89.
