“15+ years of tasting thousands of bottles of white burgundy and it’s the cousin of a cult superstar Vincent Dauvissat who is consistently delivering one of the market’s finest price-to-quality Chardonnays“ - Ian Cauble, Master Sommelier

This one is demonstrative of the advice that the best value wines are the entry-level wines from great producers. Dauvissat is, of course, legendary in Chablis. In this “petit” Chablis one finds amazing complexity. Lemon, lime and orange peel, a touch of match stick on the nose. Beautifully balanced on the palate. Acidity is pleasant, making it food-friendly. There is complexity on the palate. Amazing QPR.
